Frank T. Crivello
Frank Crivello joined Warshafsky Law Firm in 1993 after graduating from Marquette University Law School. Growing up, Frank learned about insurance defense from his father, a preeminent insurance defense attorney. Since law school, Frank has focused on helping injured people stand up to those same insurance companies. He takes the time to explain legal terms and processes to his clients so they can make informed decisions. Frank has earned recognition from Best Lawyers in America every year since 2010. In addition to his practice, Frank writes on personal injury law and serves on several on legal boards across Wisconsin.
Victor C. Harding
Victor Harding has fought for injured clients for more than 40 years. He focuses on cases involving dangerous products and poor designs. He studies how these products work so he can highlight preventable defects in his clients’ injury claims. Victor’s long career includes work in both state and federal courts. Best Lawyers in America has consistently recognized Victor for his work in personal injury and product liability law since 2012. Outside the courtroom, Victor plays an active role in legal ethics groups and city boards. Many people also know him as the distinctive voice behind our firm’s radio ads.
Krista G. LaFave
Krista LaFave joined Warshafsky in 2016 after working for judges and insurance companies. She now uses that experience to help people who need someone to fight for them after an injury. Outside of the office, Krista gives her time to local groups and serves as a Municipal Court Judge in Wauwatosa. In 2025, Best Lawyers: Ones to Watch® in America recognized her for her work in personal injury law. She has also earned awards from the Wisconsin Association for Justice and Super Lawyers Rising Stars for her leadership and dedication to client service.
