Warshafsky Law is proud to announce that nationally recognized attorney rating service Super Lawyers has once again honored several of our attorneys for 2025. This year, five members of our team were included in the 2025 Wisconsin Super Lawyers list:
- Frank T. Crivello, II, was chosen, as he has every year since 2011
- Victor C. Harding was chosen for the 21st year in a row
- Krista LaFave was selected to the Super Lawyers list for the first time, after being included on the Rising Stars list from 2018-23
- Keith E. Trower was chosen to 2025 Wisconsin Super Lawyers for the second year in a row
How Super Lawyers Compiles its Lists
Nominations for listees come from fellow attorneys, third-party feedback, or Super Lawyers’ own research team. Lawyers are forbidden to nominate themselves or campaign for inclusion. Once nominated, the candidate is then carefully researched based on 12 criteria:
- Verdicts and settlements they were involved in during the past year
- Transactions they were involved in
- Representative clients
- Experience
- Honors and awards they received
- Special licenses or certifications they possess
- Their position within their firm
- Activity at their bar association or other professional organization
- Their pro bono work and other community service
- Their scholarly contributions, particularly publications and lectures
- Their educational and employment background
- Any other outstanding contributions
The top candidates from that investigation are then considered by a panel of those with the highest scores from the nomination and research phases, divided into their respective practice areas. Super Lawyers limits its lists to the top 5 percent of attorneys in each state, and just 2.5 percent of Rising Star candidates are chosen.
We are honored that Frank, Victor, Krista, and Keith have been selected this year. It is a testament to our hard work on behalf of people in Wisconsin who suffered needless injuries due to another party’s negligence. Ultimately, though, what makes us most proud is the verdicts and settlements we reach that make it possible for our clients to start moving on from a terrible accident.
